I have a friend I met in my youth (even though I'm not that old ;D ). He made me feel more mature and seemed to help me fit in with my peers. I've noticed while "stalking" around the site the varied and sometimes non-existant profile pictures.

My questions are does a profile picture make or break that decision to make contact with a fellow user? And if there are pictures in someones profile, what makes a good/bad picture?
