Woo hoo!! We have arrived at the weekend. Its been an interesting week with a number of challenges along the way - all self inflicted - so I am looking forward to some fine weather and some great times. I plan to drag the motorbike out of the garage now the warm weather has arrived and go for some active meditation. This might sound weird to some non-motorcyclists but the thing I love about riding is that you can only focus on what you are doing (well, you should do if you are riding fast enough!). This is forcing you to be in the "Now" as Eckhardt Tolle says - the only time you can be happy. Its a great place to be. It clears anything that doesn't matter out of your system and is like sending your mind on holiday. I will fill y'all in on the adventure upon my return to the Matrix!
