Hi Guys n Gals :)
Just thought i'd create a blog and see if we can get some more people using the chatrooms, and also help new members get the most out of this great site ;-)
I think one of the best ways of getting to know people's personality is actually chatting to them, you find out if they are outgoing, reserved, funny, boring, nice, not so nice etc etc etc. So, with that said, i think the chatrooms are fantastic, if only we could get more people using them !
If you are not sure how to use them, i've listed some tips below.Firstly, at the top of this post, click "add to bloglist" Then you'll have a short cut back here if you need a reminder on how to do something :)

To get to the chatrooms, simply click the "Chatrooms" link at the top of the page.
The list of chatrooms are listed on the left of screen, to navigate to a room, simply click on the room you wish to visit, then click "join" EG: you see adult room has 8 people in it,  so you want to go there, click "adult" then click "join". (see image below)

To send whisper: type the persons username inside the pointy brackets, the shift + comma and shift + fullstop brackets, but make sure spelling is correct, a typo will result in message being sent into room – can be embarrassing :(

Tip: if whispering the same person a lot, after typing their name in the pointy brackets, highlight, right click and copy it, then each time you wish to whisper them, simply hit Ctrl + V before typing message.

The site is still relatively new, so numbers are still not as large as other sites - yet. But it's growing all the time, and if we encourage eachother to use the chatroom, it will become more active, more often :)

To add buddies: Search profiles, click on users profile, while viewing user profiles, you can “send wink” or “send message” . When sending those, you have an option to invite them to your buddy list, and invite them to view your private photo’s, if you have any.

ABUSE: FlingFinder does not tolerate abuse, if someone is being abusive in chat, they will be warned once – second warning will result in a ban. That includes degrading personal attacks, its uncalled for, and downright mean.
People are encouraged to block anyone you’d rather not communicate with, for whatever reason.
If need be, copy and paste offending text into and email and send it to admin.

PS: at the moment, the chatrooms are most busy in the evenings, don't be discouraged if no one is there though, if everyone logs in, see's no-one around then logs out again - then there will never be anyone in there, right? ;-)
