So I'm in LA at the moment for the iDate 2011 convention. It's quite amazing how generous dating CEOs are with their time and experience. The most enlightening so far has been Liz from the Australian (yet massively global) lesbian dating site Pink Sofa. Their focus is on ethics and community. I hope that sounds familiar!
