Maybe I should mention that I've been an international elite athlete within many ultra endurance events. I still race, I've been very privileged in recent years to have represented Australia many times and was a nation champion. In the past (for many years), I have trained men to be 'MEN', by a lot of hardening and softening!

I am physically ripped, a 'natural' muscle mass, and hair free. I'm very clean, and the taste of my shoulder, bum or chest is worthy of a five star menu!!
