I look to keep myself fit by regular walking and work out with weights when I have the time. I don't feel I look my age and am in good health and have a good body. I have a good outlook on life, I would never do anybody a bad turn and hope I can meet females with similar sentiments.

Given that I am recently widowed I miss the male to female conversation, the enjoyment of a simple touch one to one and that more intimate physical side of marriage. I look therefore for females who share these desires.
