Hi, I am in my forties and am in a long term relation with a woman I love very much, however due to some medical complications she is unable to have sex any more. I love her and I want to be with her but I have needs to so o figured it has to be worth trying some short term discrete hook ups to see if this meets my needs whilst we maintain our relationship.
