I am an honest ,not so hard working man who is not lazy, just career challenged .I don't even know what I mean by that ,except my socio-political outlook ,makes employment for employments sake a not so pressing priority. I would rather be a welfare recipient than a 'gainfully employed' coal miner, logger,advertising executive,property developer etc. In short, I am everything most hard working members of society despise.I criticise and complain about the very system that supports me .I don't even get that active in the various socio-political/environmental causes like Climate Change ,capitalism,human rights etc.Having said that, I do intend on increasing my involvement in all these areas when I resettle up north somewhere.I am looking for someone to share the literal and metaphorical journey of life in a hopefully supportive and exciting way.

Someone ready to travel in about 3 months time,( camping whilst living off my disability pension which I went on for a supposed short term memory problem. )Kinda true but exaggerated in order to get the pension and therefore get Centrelinks insultingly bogus mutual obligation job-seeker agencies off my back.I am after someone with an independent mind and and adventurous ,unconventional streak, that actually questions the pap served up as fact by most of our main stream media outlets and is big picture minded enough to embrace the alternative in a selective and thoughtful way.(Either that or someone in need of a long holiday free of any time constraints or agendas other than maybe the odd stay at environmental activist camps we come across in our travels.

Whatever mood I am in ,getting into non fiction ,travel books at the moment. Paul Thoreau and Bill Bryson I like the way E. annie Proulx writes and Tom Wolfe, Tim Winton and Alexie Sayle .Older authors like George Orwell and Ernest Hemingway spin a good yarn too.
