I'm generally a happy guy, reasonably well off financially, active I guess (bush walks, overnight camping, I tend to run 8km three times a week and swim 1 km once every second week).
I ran occasional marathons until 4 years ago and want to get slim and fit enough to do that again as I feel I am a little overweight.
I go jet skiing on the Hawksbury when it is warm.
