Hi there. I think the best way to describe me would be female with an ecclectic range of interests. I love my sport - both watching and playing. Obviously my favourite sport is waterpolo. I am happiest when in the pool playing waterpolo but I must admit watching any of the European men's teams play when I am up close and personal is pretty much close to heaven too. Other sports I have played include hockey, volleyball, squash and tennis. I have also been a swimmer and a diver. I have dabbled in gymnastics, golf, netball, football and rowing. Amongst my other interests are watching movies, playing PS2 and spending time with friends and family (particularly if there is coffee involved). I enjoy most types of music. I have been to all states in Australia and hope to travel overseas one day. I would call myself a realist-generally I am positive but that doesn't stop me having a good bitch from time to time (I am a female after all) As a realist I am going to say that no matter how many words I write here you can not possibly know who I am without meeting me and taking time to get to know me.

• Favourite movies:
  Monty Python's Holy Grail, The Shawshank Redemption, XXX, anything with the Rock in it (purely for the perve value) and The Cook. The Thief, His Wife and Her Lover.
• Favourite music:
  I like most of what they play on MMM, some of what they play on RRR and JJJ. I like Billy Joel, Michelle Shocked, Jet, Abba, KD Lang, The Angels, Midnight Oil, Maroon 5 and The Cure -among others. Did I mention I have ecclectic taste?
• Favourite TV shows:
  At the moment my nightly ritual involves going to sleep with Red Dwarf and Men Behaving Badly. My Sunday ritual is dinner with friends and Gray's Anatomy. I am also a fan of all the Law and Order series but I still could quite happily live without tv.
• Favourite books:
  I love fantasy novels but also enjoy reading Non Fiction-Whirlwind by James Clavell would be one of my all time favourite reads but more recently I have enjoyed Michael Moore books.
• Favourite food:
  Without a doubt my dying meal would be a blue steak with steamed vegetables (heaps of broccoli), a cab sav and a dessert of Fresh raspberries on pancakes with vanilla yoghurt and maple syrup-yum (yes I have definitely thought about this too much). Raspberries are the best food ever created and I can't get enough of them.

This is the million dollar question! What am I looking for? Do we ever really know what we are looking for? Over time I have developed a list of what I don't want along with a rather comprehensive list of what I would prefer (as I am sure most women have whether they admit it or not). The trick is to find someone with all of the qualities you want and none of the qualities you don't. I don't know if that is possible. With all that said you can meet guys who on the surface appear to match none of the criteria but have that certain something which draws you to them anyway-perhaps that is the pherimones you so often hear about! On a more superficial level I find really, obscenely tall men very attractive. It doesn't hurt if they ride a motorcycle or drive a ute either. A geek, who loves sport and has a strong work ethic is also a big plus. Finally I tend to like my men younger. Come on all you guys out there, surely in this big, wide wonderful country there is a man that can live up to all of the above :)
