Take it out of the bank in cash, book a penthouse suite in a glitzy hotel throw it in the air and roll around naked in it lol. Reality set up trust funds for my kids, help some family, charities that are worthy and generally enjoy life. Research for certain conditions that are not widely known and currently do not have any grants or funds readilt available to them.

I'd set up a place where I would work. Spend a large proportion on particular research in my profession because its freaking hard to get grants in my field.

I'd setup my extended family too

I'd get all of my family out here to Australia.....yes money does talk to Immigration.
I'd fix all of my family up financially, so noone would have to struggle.
I wouldn't work and would do active volunteer work...helping build homes, schools etc etc.....the list in endless in that respect.
and then I'd have a very modest but nice existence...no booze or drugs...but, maybe the occasional woman (lol 50z)

Not give up work but ensure that I could cut down hours to spend with loved ones. And create my own charity. But I'm not greedy, I'd happily share with 49 others.

Help family and friends and then charities definitely but only after I spent a small amount travelling and showing my children the world and what it offers especially the French champagne region lol

Invest about a third of it to set myself and my family up with a comfortable retirement. The rest? Philanthropy !
