try to keep up my fitness as much as possible and at the same time make sure that i get my fix of the great outdoors.I have taken up cycling in the last 18 months and enjoy it a lot. I also like surfing, tennis, cricket, touch footy.etc etc.Movies , good books (thought provoking as well as mind numbing), good food and wine(cooking and tasting)_
spend a lot of time on perfecting a way of life that is always fun,,,,well most of the time.

a bit of seld awareness would go a long way. people that like to chat and dont mind being hinest about themselves
