There come times when you just require that company to have a chat, laugh, flirt and feel the warmth of each other. Life is fast paced these days for most, a lot going on and do set our goals on where we want to go and what we would like to achieve in life. Sometimes this means that a full relationship would divert us away from achieving this and a mutual casual is something that sounds great. For me today and have my goals here I am.

I keep busy, fit and healthy, do regular training, eat healthy, don't smoke and social drink. Enjoy getting outdoors for walks, sit back and listen to the quiet but do get into the city now and again, a wide range of music and movies
