Hi... I'm a 40yo guy stuck in a 66 year-old body!!!!!!!

I'm currently a somewhat heavy build but I do try to look after myself by swimming regularly and I generally present well.

Am retired, due to a work injury many years ago, so this allows me a degree of freedom timewise.

I enjoy the outdoors, whether at the beach or in the country, I am not keen on being cooped up indoors.
