I am an ex footballer who has put on a few kilos since hanging up the boots, but at 172cm and 84kgs I am not fat. I still keep myseld healthy by regular swimming, cycling and going to the gym. I enjoy most outdoor activities and am keen to continue to explore the local area by mountain bike and on foot with overnight camping a favourite.
